Thereâs a moment most people donât talk about.
Not the beginning, where everything feels exciting and full of potential. Not the ending, where things finally click and you feel strong and clear. Iâm talking about the middle. That messy, awkward, confusing middle.
Itâs the part where youâre not who you used to be, but you're not quite who you're becoming yet, either. Itâs where everything feels upside down. Youâre doing the work, youâre trying to stay open, youâre listening to the signs and yet, nothing feels settled.
You might feel tired. You might feel anxious. You might be doubting everything. And you might be wondering...
âWhat if I made the wrong decision?â
âWhy does this feel harder than I expected?â
âIs this even working?â
If thatâs where you are right now, this is for you. Because I want you to know, with every cell in your beautiful being: Nothing is wrong with you. This is what the shift feels like.
A shift is what happens when your soul says, âLetâs grow.â But the funny (and slightly annoying) thing about growth, it doesnât always feel good.
Itâs not always clean or clear. Itâs not always a Pinterest-perfect vision board moment. Sometimes, itâs crying on your floor at 2am. Sometimes, itâs questioning things you thought you had all figured out. Sometimes, itâs pulling away from whatâs familiar, even when it still feels âsafe.â And that can mess with your head. Ask me how I know, Okay! Iâm describing my experience.
Because the world doesnât always teach us how to trust the in-between. But here's what I know, what Iâve lived through, over and over again:
âš The breakdown is not the end.
âš Itâs the activation.
Itâs the moment the old way starts falling apart so the real you, the version youâve been growing into can finally come forward. Itâs like when you clean out your closet. You start pulling everything out and halfway through, your room looks worse than when you started. But that doesnât mean you should stop. It means you're in it.
You're sorting.
Youâre making space.
Youâre building something new.
The shift is messy, but itâs holy. And even if you canât see it right now even if your brain is screaming âWhat the hell is going on?â, your soul knows. Your soul knows this discomfort is stretching you. It knows youâre learning how to hold more truth, more light, more of your actual self. But you donât have to do it alone. And you shouldnât.
Because hereâs the other truth no one says enough:
đ You donât get a gold star for struggling by yourself.
đ You donât need to âwait until it makes senseâ to get support.
đ You donât need to pretend youâre fine when youâre exhausted, confused, and unsure.
You just need a moment of honesty.
A moment where you stop fighting the shift and start talking about it. A moment where you stop trying to be âthe strong oneâ and let someone hold space for you. Thatâs what Iâm inviting you into this week.
Iâm going live this Thursday at 11:00 a.m. CST. Come join me in the chat.
No pressure. No pretending. Just a real, grounded, heart-to-heart moment to help you breathe, reset, and remember who the hell you are.
This live isnât a motivational hype session (although weâll probably laugh).
Itâs not a lecture. Itâs a lifeline.
Weâre going to talk about what this in-between really feels like. Why itâs so intense. How to stop spiraling. And how to move forward without pushing, forcing, or faking it.
Because yes, the shift is hard. But youâre not broken. Youâre becoming.
And if you can hold on, just a little longer. If you can stay open, even in the uncertainty. If you can trust that this mess is actually movement... then whatâs waiting on the other side will blow your mind. But letâs not rush ahead just yet.
Letâs take a breath.
Letâs talk about this part.
The middle.
Iâm going to say something that might surprise you:
You donât need a five-step plan right now.
You donât need another affirmation.
You need connection.
You need to remember that you're not the only one feeling this way.
You need to be reminded that what you're feeling makes sense.
You need someone whoâs walked through the fire to say, âYep. This is part of it. And youâre doing better than you think.â
So consider this your open door. Come walk through it with me this Thursday.
Letâs talk.
Letâs breathe.
Letâs laugh a little.
Letâs move through the middle, together.
Because I promise you this:
The shift isnât here to destroy you. Itâs here to reveal you.
The real you.
The stronger you.
The clearer, softer, more powerful you.
And that version of you?
Is worth everything.
Join me live this Thursday.
Letâs make space for the messy middle.
Letâs name whatâs real.
Letâs remember why we started.
Iâll be waiting in the chat.
Come as you are.
Youâve got this.
Iâve got you.
