This Is the Part No One Prepares You For...
The truth? This part hurts more than it should.
There’s a moment most people don’t talk about.
Not the beginning, where everything feels exciting and full of potential. Not the ending, where things finally click and you feel strong and clear. I’m talking about the middle. That messy, awkward, confusing middle.
It’s the part where you’re not who you used to be, but you're not quite who you're becoming yet, either. It’s where everything feels upside down. You’re doing the work, you’re trying to stay open, you’re listening to the signs and yet, nothing feels settled.
You might feel tired. You might feel anxious. You might be doubting everything. And you might be wondering...
“What if I made the wrong decision?”
“Why does this feel harder than I expected?”
“Is this even working?”
If that’s where you are right now, this is for you. Because I want you to know, with every cell in your beautiful being: Nothing is wrong with you. This is what the shift feels like.
A shift is what happens when your soul says, “Let’s grow.” But the funny (and slightly annoying) thing about growth, it doesn’t always feel good.
It’s not always clean or clear. It’s not always a Pinterest-perfect vision board moment. Sometimes, it’s crying on your floor at 2am. Sometimes, it’s questioning things you thought you had all figured out. Sometimes, it’s pulling away from what’s familiar, even when it still feels “safe.” And that can mess with your head. Ask me how I know, Okay! I’m describing my experience.
Because the world doesn’t always teach us how to trust the in-between. But here's what I know, what I’ve lived through, over and over again:
✨ The breakdown is not the end.
✨ It’s the activation.
It’s the moment the old way starts falling apart so the real you, the version you’ve been growing into can finally come forward. It’s like when you clean out your closet. You start pulling everything out and halfway through, your room looks worse than when you started. But that doesn’t mean you should stop. It means you're in it.
You're sorting.
You’re making space.
You’re building something new.
The shift is messy, but it’s holy. And even if you can’t see it right now even if your brain is screaming “What the hell is going on?”, your soul knows. Your soul knows this discomfort is stretching you. It knows you’re learning how to hold more truth, more light, more of your actual self. But you don’t have to do it alone. And you shouldn’t.
Because here’s the other truth no one says enough:
🛑 You don’t get a gold star for struggling by yourself.
🛑 You don’t need to “wait until it makes sense” to get support.
🛑 You don’t need to pretend you’re fine when you’re exhausted, confused, and unsure.
You just need a moment of honesty.
A moment where you stop fighting the shift and start talking about it. A moment where you stop trying to be “the strong one” and let someone hold space for you. That’s what I’m inviting you into this week.
I’m going live this Thursday at 11:00 a.m. CST. Come join me in the chat.
No pressure. No pretending. Just a real, grounded, heart-to-heart moment to help you breathe, reset, and remember who the hell you are.
This live isn’t a motivational hype session (although we’ll probably laugh).
It’s not a lecture. It’s a lifeline.
We’re going to talk about what this in-between really feels like. Why it’s so intense. How to stop spiraling. And how to move forward without pushing, forcing, or faking it.
Because yes, the shift is hard. But you’re not broken. You’re becoming.
And if you can hold on, just a little longer. If you can stay open, even in the uncertainty. If you can trust that this mess is actually movement... then what’s waiting on the other side will blow your mind. But let’s not rush ahead just yet.
Let’s take a breath.
Let’s talk about this part.
The middle.
I’m going to say something that might surprise you:
You don’t need a five-step plan right now.
You don’t need another affirmation.
You need connection.
You need to remember that you're not the only one feeling this way.
You need to be reminded that what you're feeling makes sense.
You need someone who’s walked through the fire to say, “Yep. This is part of it. And you’re doing better than you think.”
So consider this your open door. Come walk through it with me this Thursday.
Let’s talk.
Let’s breathe.
Let’s laugh a little.
Let’s move through the middle, together.
Because I promise you this:
The shift isn’t here to destroy you. It’s here to reveal you.
The real you.
The stronger you.
The clearer, softer, more powerful you.
And that version of you?
Is worth everything.
Join me live this Thursday.
Let’s make space for the messy middle.
Let’s name what’s real.
Let’s remember why we started.
I’ll be waiting in the chat.
Come as you are.
You’ve got this.
I’ve got you.
