Dry Feet, Dead Email List, and Zero F*cks Left
Why I’m Writing Every Day (and Why You Might Want to Listen... or Not)

I’m sitting here scratching the bottom of my feet - dry as f*ck (the doctor calls it eczema or psoriasis). Whatever the name, it itches like hell. Yes, I’ve tried everything, including prescribed meds. Now I’ve whipped up my own blend of oils and herbs, so let’s see if my DIY magic works.
Meanwhile, I’m thinking… what should I write in this issue for my non-responsive newsletter list?
Yep, I said it. And here’s what I’m thinking: I’m actually considering writing daily.
Why? Because I just resigned (again) from my corporate IT consulting director role, and I have the time. This is my second “break” from corporate life. Don’t get me wrong - I love what I do. I truly believe it’s a God-given talent to inspire, motivate, and build teams that deliver big projects.
I know what you’re thinking: Sonia, if your subscribers aren’t engaging now, why would you email them daily?
Great question.
Here’s the thing. I only want to write to people who want the value I give. Almost every quarter, I send an email telling people exactly how to unsubscribe. I’ve built a solid list over the last five years, but I would rather have a smaller, high-vibe group who actually values my words.
I’m a no-BS, matter-of-fact, loving teacher with plenty of student and client testimonials to back me up. Check out my testimonial page here. My real passion? Teaching women how to shift when life throws you a curveball you didn’t see coming or the one you saw coming but ignored, thinking you could change the outcome (or the person).
Then one day, you wake up alone. Maybe you’ve got kids. Maybe you’ve got bills. But that “perfect life” you dreamed about? Gone.
Ask me how I know.
I lived it.
I broke free years ago.
For me, it started with a pity party… then fear… then gratitude… then forgiveness… and finally, abundance.
So if you’re a woman 40+ (or even 30-something, my 31-year-old daughter still swears she’s “30 until further notice”), this newsletter circle is for you.
I can help you, if you’re willing to do the work.
See you in the first challenge email on Gratitude.
You can leave a comment below or send me a message.
P.S. I’m not here to convince you to stick around if this isn’t for you, there’s an unsubscribe button with your name on it. But if you are ready for the next chapter, buckle up. Gratitude challenge drops soon, and it’s a game-changer.
